Forgot a Picture, but it wasn’t much to look at. Shredded potato layered with tomato, basil, garlic sauce and a dash of parmesan cheese. Pretty plain, but hot and filling!
(Last night) - The good people of The Black Cypress in Pullman, WA prepared me a small fillet of pan-seared trout with roasted local asparagus, all cooked up special order with no salt.
Look what we got!!! A Vitamixer! Now we can blend dinner :)
Breakfast - Plain and easy today, just oatmeal with flax, blueberries, and a bit of almond milk.
Dinner- “Brutus Bowl” @ Highline Vegan bar/cafe on Broadway in Seattle. Orzo with roasted eggplant, olives, tomatoes, spinach, and vegan cheese curds.
